Understand Requirements
We begin with a detailed consultation to understand the school’s branding, uniform requirements, age groups, sizing needs, and timelines. This stage helps us align expectations around budget, delivery schedules, and overall scope. Clear inputs at this stage ensure a smooth and efficient process ahead.

Design Discussion
Based on the requirements, we present suitable fabric options, design concepts, and color palettes aligned with the school’s identity. Customization elements such as logos, badges, and trims are reviewed in detail. Fit and durability considerations are also discussed to suit daily school use.

Sample Making
Prototype samples are created in selected sizes to evaluate fit, comfort, and overall appearance. Feedback from the school is incorporated before final approvals are obtained.

Production & Quality
After approval, production begins under controlled manufacturing processes. Quality checks are conducted at multiple stages to ensure stitching accuracy, size consistency, and color uniformity. Final inspections are completed before packaging and dispatch.

Delivery & Support
Uniforms are delivered in coordination with the school calendar to ensure timely distribution. We provide support for initial fittings, replacements, and reorders as required. Ongoing assistance helps schools manage uniform needs smoothly throughout the academic year.
